1.General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of Goods determine the rights, duties and responsibilities of you, who purchase the goods in the online store  www.alionanova.com . By purchasing the goods in the online store, you agree to the application of these Terms.

1.2. Purchase and sales agreement between you and online store www.alionanova.com is deemed to have been made when you create a shopping cart, specify a delivery address, choose a payment method and, after reading these rules, tick the box “I have read the rules and agree with them” , you confirm your order. The contract is valid until delivery of the goods.

1.3. Each contract is stored in our database.

2. Obligations of the Buyer

2.1. After placing your order, you must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if any, when placing the order) and accept the ordered goods. If the goods shipped are not accepted and returned to the seller, the buyer may not claim any refund.

2.2. If your order changes, you must update it immediately, before it is fully processed.

2.3. The Buyer must also comply with the other requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. The Seller’s Responsibilities

3.1. We are committed to making efforts to enable you to properly use the services provided by the online store. However, we do not warrant that the online store will operate uninterruptedly or that the data transfer will be error-free, and we shall not be liable for any loss experienced by the Buyer as a result of malfunctioning of the online store and / or data transmission errors.

3.2. In case of important circumstances, when we are unable to provide the ordered goods, we undertake to offer a similar product. If you refuse to accept the product, we will refund the money paid to you within 5 business days.

3.3. Reshipping non-delivered goods due to the buyer’s fault (like forgetting to pick them up in a designated time) is possible at the buyer’s request and expense. After one month after failed delivery, we will consider the order canceled without a possibility of a refund.

3.4. All embroidery that can be purchased in the online store is unique artwork of the author, therefore it will never be copied or reproduced in its entirety.

3.5. Due to hand-made nature of the goods, differences between products from the same category and/or colorway  are acceptable and can not be returned as defective.

4. Payment for the goods.

4.1. When paying for the ordered goods, specify the order number in the designated field of the payment. If the invoice for the goods is not paid, the order is canceled within 5 days and the reservation of the goods is canceled.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. The goods are delivered by mail services, LP express and Omniva parcels (in Lithuania only) or the goods are picked up by the Buyer at his own expense from the place indicated by the Seller.

5.2. Delivery of goods is carried out in Lithuania and around the world.

5.3. Shipping cost can be found in the Shipping section.

5.4. Usually the goods are sent to the address indicated by the Buyer within 1-3 working days after the payment for the goods if the good are in stock.

5.5. The exact date of shipment of the goods and the registration number of the shipment shall be indicated in the notice submitted to the Buyer by e-mail. Mail address is provided by the Buyer in the registration form.

5.6. If you donate or buy a product to another person, you can specify another person or other address where the goods will be delivered.

5.7. When the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer, the goods are deemed to have been transferred to the Buyer, irrespective of whether the goods are actually accepted by the Buyer or by any other person who accepted the goods at the indicated address.

6. Responsibility and Privacy

6.1. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences of incorrect or inaccurate data provided in the registration form.

6.2. The Parties shall be liable for violation of the contract of purchase and sale concluded using the electronic store in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.3. We are not responsible for the information provided on other companies’ websites, even if the Buyer enters these websites through the links in our online store.

6.4. We are not responsible for the fact that the items displayed in the online store do not match the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the features of the monitor used by the Buyer.

6.5. We confirm that the personal data of all buyers will be stored in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We undertake not to disclose any data provided by the Buyer, except what is necessary to transport services or is agreed prior to disclosure.

7.Returns

7.1. Returns of goods are carried out in accordance with the procedure established and valid by the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. The Goods can be returned due to their defect. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage to the Goods, due to improper use or misuse of the Goods.

7.3. At the request of the buyer, the goods are replaced by an analogous product. If the seller does not have the opportunity to exchange the goods, all the money returned to the seller after returning the goods is returned within 14 days by bank transfer to the specified account.

7.4. Upon receipt of the ordered item, after the buyer informs about the defect and returns the goods, the the cost of the buyer’s shipping is covered by seller via bank transfer to the specified account.
